Thanks so much – this is terrific!! Sharing it in Illinois
Great video! Love the positive energy and tips!
From Emily: I am staying at home, I am keeping in touch with my friends on facetime, I am washing my hands.
The first 8 hours of my day, Monday through Friday, I'm preoccupied with teleworking (I now work from home due to pandemic). After I finish work, I either take a nap or watch some t.v. Then to stay sane, I try to get out of the house once a week, even if that means picking up food from a restaurant to bring back home. Another thing to keep me busy is I plan to go back to school (online) even if that means I'm working towards earning another certificate.
