ZURICH (Reuters) – Passengers on trains, cable cars, buses, mountain trains and ferryboats across Switzerland needed to put on facemasks on Monday under a federal government order to assist battle the novel coronavirus.
The federal government phased out most limiting measures last month as cases waned. [nL8N2DW3OP]
But numbers gotten once again as people enter into closer contact, prompting the government to buy guests to use masks on public transport. [nL8N2E84GV]
Compliance with the brand-new guideline appeared high.
Switzerland has reported more than 32,200 infections and 1,686 related deaths since Sunday. The very first case was reported in late February.
