The Embassy of China in Abuja has stated the effort by some Nigerians to set up legal actions versus China over the COVID-19 pandemic was substandard, with no bases in facts, law or International precedence.
The Embassy disclosed this known in a statement through its confirmed twitter manage on Wednesday, stating that the attention of the Embassy was drawn to the expected legal action by means of some current regional media reporting.
It mentioned that China, like every other country, is a victim of the pandemic and acted properly from the outset to secure people’s life and health and safeguard public health.
