The Victorian is now in hotel quarantine and his three close contacts remain in isolation.
The more five cases are all returned tourists in hotel quarantine.
NSW Health explained that the Crossroads case follows the recent medical diagnosis of a Sydney woman, who had actually likewise been at the Hotel on July 3.
